Register with a business email address. If you already have a customer account, use a different email for your business — each account on Portit has one role.

Submit Your Application

Fill in your business name, category, location, and a description of what you offer. Our team reviews every application before approval.

Get Approved

We typically review applications within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified once approved and your listing will go live immediately.

Add Your Services

Once approved, add the services you offer with prices and estimated durations. Customers will see these when they visit your profile.

Start Receiving Bookings

Customers can find you on the browse page, view your profile, and book directly. You accept or decline each request from your dashboard.

What We Expect

Portit is built on trust. To stay listed, all providers must meet these standards.

Respond Promptly

Accept or decline booking requests within 24 hours. Customers rely on timely responses to plan their day.

Be Honest & Accurate

Your prices, durations, and service descriptions must reflect reality. Misleading listings will be removed.

Communicate Through the Platform

Use the in-app messaging for all booking discussions. This keeps both parties protected and gives us a record if disputes arise.

Show Up

If you accept a booking, honour it. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in your listing being suspended.
